The Trigram, Gold, and Taxation

Gold is important to WOL and you should always try to maximise your gold. Build as many villages as you can with the highest level and keep your idle pop high.

To keep your idle pop high you must keep high loyalty and make sure your idle pop is in the green(Trend Raise)

You need gold to repair damaged armour, hire/ash legends level 30+, send troops/legends, buying more troops, worship and much more So it is very important.

There are 2 ways to do it

1) Setting tax at 100% and pacifying via Prayer when your loyalty hits 85
2) Setting tax at 100%, wait till your loyalty hits 70, then revert back to 10% until your tax reaches 90, and then repeat.


The other option is to spy on other cities, gather an army and occupy the city including maximum hals/load.

The Trigram is essential and should always be used 20 or 40 times a day whenever you can. They will include War Tokens(for SH), Legend flags, boxes for gems and keys to open your treasure boxes. You get 20 chances a day from 08:00-00-00 BST time(server time) and another 20 tries from 00:01-07:00 BST(Server time)
